Termination

Either party may terminate service at any time. Upon termination, API access will be disabled and account data may be deleted after 30 days.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
